We border Gunnison Forest with our closest neighbors to the north being the Collegiate Peaks, breathtaking views and full trail access so that you don’t have to trailer any ATV/UTV.

4 bedrooms each with a comfy queen size bed and 2 full bathrooms, if additional sleeping is necessary we have a fold down attic entrance that has a finished loft with 4 more beds.

Full trail access so no need to trailer your ATV/UTV, Hunting, Hiking, Shooting, Snowmobiling. Fishing includes anything from Brook Trout in small streams, Lake fishing on the Taylor or a chance at 30 inch Rainbows in the Gold Medal waters below the dam. 1 mile from ATV rental, 2 miles to the lake and Trading Post including small store, restaurant and Marina and 5 miles from the gold medal waters.
